Time for this month’s post-pregnancy weight loss update!
Pre-pregnancy weight: 150 lb
Top pregnancy weight: 208 lb
1 week after Andrew’s birth: 188 lb
1 month: 181 lb
2 months: 175 lb
3 months: 169 lb
Making progress! In the past month I lost 6 lb, 1.5″ from my waist, and 1″ from my hips. I’m finally starting to feel that my body is regaining some of its former tone, and I credit that to doing cardio pilates DVDs 4-5 times per week (yes, even though I only get 5-6 hours of sleep per night and get interrupted at least once for Pacifier Replacement). The one pair of size 12 jeans I bought around Thanksgiving are now too loose all over, so I need to buy a cheap pair of size 10′s. It’s still very aggravating that a dozen pairs of size 8 jeans and pants are just sitting in my closet because they don’t fit, but it’s also very motivating. And I’m getting closer.
First goal weight: 155 lb

Goal date: May 3 (6 months after Andrew’s birth)
I’m hoping to continue losing at least 5 lb per month so that I reach my first goal weight three months from now. After that I will work on reaching my final goal weight of 145 lb. Maybe I should forget the jeans and get out my swimsuit instead. Now THERE is motivation!
